Aquatopia, an opening-day attraction at Tokyo DisneySea and one of Disney's first trackless dark rides, closed permanently on September 13, 2026. The water-themed ride, which operated for over two decades, completed its final day of operations after becoming one of the park's original offerings. Disney has plans to reimagine the Port Discovery area where Aquatopia was located, though specific details about the replacement attraction have not yet been announced.
