Disney Parks announced details for a new Coco-themed attraction coming to Disney California Adventure during D23 2026 in mid-August. The ride will continue the story of the film as a sequel rather than retelling the original narrative. Concept art unveiled at the expo featured statues of main characters Miguel and Héctor Rivera, while additional details revealed the attraction's ride system and height requirements. The announcement marks the first major Coco land-based experience at a Disney park.
