Disney announced that "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" will simulcast on Disney+ for the first time alongside its traditional ABC broadcast for the 2027 celebration. The streaming option expands access to the annual New Year's Eve special, which has aired on ABC since 1972. The simulcast will allow Disney+ subscribers to watch the live event featuring musical performances and Times Square coverage as it airs on television.
